I loved how close we were to the beautiful Ryan Park and the vibrant Columbia Mall, which made our strolls through the city super enjoyable and convenient. plus, the staff were genuinely welcoming and the hotel felt incredibly inviting throughout our stay.

The pool area is relaxing, but we had maintenance issues with the thermostat.

Beautiful room, beautiful lobby, and the indoor swimming pool was a fantastic feature allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city, while the breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying for all needs.

The fish in the pond were all dead by the second day.

We had an amazing time during our recent stay! The room we booked offered a beautiful view of the pool area. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi tub to unwind after a long day. Be sure to take advantage of the well-stocked breakfast room. it really sets the mood for the day!

The breakfast was nicely stocked with decent coffee, eggs, and waffles, making mornings enjoyable. Our King Room was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, one hot tub was out of order, which limited our options for unwinding in the evenings. The pool area was fun, but sharing the hot tubs with other guests who didn't understand the need for time limits was frustrating.

Additionally, noise levels escalated late into the night from other guests, making it hard to catch some sleep.

The courtyard temperature was uncomfortably cool, making it less appealing!!! Additionally, the enforcement of the 11 PM curfew made it feel too strict and less welcoming!!! A little flexibility would go a long way!!!
